Origami on a monday morning, at ING Insurance

At the begining of August, I was part of a really nice project initiated by ING Life Insurance and organized by Skepsis
On a Monday morning, the bank employees arrived to work to find on their desks some cookies, colored paper squares and a note that invited them to take a few minutes off and do some origami in one of the conference rooms, especially decorated for this:

Mihaela and I were the origami instructors in that room, so we got to meet a lot of lovely people, who really enjoyed learning how to fold.
By the end of the day, our tables were full of paper and all those who stopped by went home with a lot of beautiful paper models.

My paper bouquets

Today I finished my paper bouquets - for me and for my Godmother, a good friend of mine.

I am so happy to be having them done, one month away from my wedding...it just makes me feel more and more excited about those moments that are about to come and influence of lives forever.

I need to thank for the idea and for good tips and advices to Elida, who inspired me with her wedding bouquet.

So...this is what I will be holding around on my wedding day:

And this is one belongs to my Godmother:

My wedding decorations

These past months I've been folding a lot for my wedding decorations.
They are Big Oriro kusudama, made out of 90 pieces of Oriro models and 180 of Morning Glory, plus beads and decorations.

I took the photos using a glass suport that I had in my house, but hopefully for the wedding I will have bigger, better-looking ones.

They come in different colors and combinations and I hope they will make a nice impact and a joyful atmosphere, as they will be the focus points of the tables:
